Installation Terms and conditions
By Booking your installation through In Car Installer you have agreed to the following terms and conditions.
In Car Installer will book the installation based on the information you have provided over the phone, ticket or via email, any incorrect information provided to In Car Installer may result in the engineer unable to complete installation.
You (the customer) is responsible for providing the correct information regarding the product and your vehicle at the time of booking. In Car Installer & In Car Network will not take any responsibility for any incorrect compatibility issues before, during or after the installation. We can only work on the information that you have provided. Within vehicle electronics, it is impossible to say EXACTLY what kit or product you would need due to vehicle manufacturers not always being 100% accurate with the specs of vehicles which roll off their production line, however, we do get a very good idea of what it should be. You (the customer) is responsible for which stereo, or connection, is installed into the vehicle - not In Car Network or In Car Installer. We have no control over which connections the manufacturer of the car included in your vehicle.
You (the customer) will be charged for the full invoice price for the installation if any wrong information provided at the time of booking, the products aren't available to install due to parts missing etc. The payment is non refundable Unless In Car Installer or In Car Network is at fault. Do not book an installation if you are waiting for delivery of some or all of the items. Please ensure that you have the items to hand, ready to go at the time of booking.
You (The Customer) Will be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel outside the agreed time-scale. Please note the following Cancellation charges.
a) Cancellation over 48 Hours before the agreed date: £7.50 - This covers an administration fee and credit card fee's.
b) Cancellation 48 Hours before the agreed date: £20
c) Within 24 Hours of the booking: £40
Compatibility
In Car Installer cannot be held responsible for incompatibility issues. Please take every responsibility to check this yourself before ordering.
Charges
In Car Installer charge cancellation fees based on the time-scale in which you cancel. Please see above.
Installation Failure
If an installation fails, a call out fee of £60 will apply. Reinstallation will then be charged at the full price of £79.99 or £99.99 depending on the kit being installed.
Install warranty
All work carried out by In Car Installer is sub-contracetd out to professional mobile auto-electrical installers. Any issues that arise after the work is carried out must be dealt with directly with the installer. In Car Installer purely acts as a medium between you (the customer) and the installer. In Car Installer do however take every precaution to make sure that installers receive the maximum support to ensure that every job is finished to a high standard.
Please note that the 24 and 48 hours quoted above exclude weekends. It means 1 working day and 2 working days.
