Once you've made the decision to contact us and request a booking, the following process will occur to ensure you receive the best possible service from start to finish.
Stage One
We Take your information, vehicle information, product information, location and the best possible time slots to suit you for the installation.
Stage Two
We contact one of our installers in your area, to arrange with him/her the installation for you. Requesting one of the time slots you have given.
Stage Three
We contact you back to confirm the installation time, date & location and check compatibility with the products you have purchased, then take payment for the Installation in advance.
Stage Four
This information will be loaded into the system, you will be emailed with confirmation of the information you have provided, and you will be given a password to log into the site (where you can find information regarding your install & the process by stages.)
Stage Five
The engineer may contact you on the day of the installation to confirm the address, request directions and confirm the time slot with you.
Stage Six
The engineer will introduce himself first, then complete a pre-inspection of the vehicle and ask you to sign the installation report authorising the installation (agreeing with his comments).
Stage Seven
The Engineer will ask your opinions on where you would like the product installing and wires routing, and Depending on the product the engineer is installing, the process may take 30mins to 1 hour.
Stage Eight
When finished the engineer will provide a quick demonstration of the product working, and show how to work the product. However this may not be a full demonstration of the product dependant on time restraints. (Full operation instructions will be provided in the product manual)
Stage Nine
The engineer will complete the remaining installation report. You will be asked to inspect the work done and sign the report completing the job.
Stage Ten
You may be contacted several weeks after the install to ensure you are happy with the job and product, and fully understand the operations & functions.
