What Products do you install?
We install most, if not all in car entertainment products, from ipod car kits, bluetooth car kits, after-market headunit and multimedia (Vehicle Video Screens & DVD etc) to accessories such as steering wheel adapters, fascia plates and speakers.
We also install products which aren't considered typical entertainment related products, for example Tracking solutions, parking sensors, Sat Nav Integration and Speed camera detectors.
In Fact we can install pretty much anything related to vehicles & technology.
How quickly can you get me booked in?
The process takes very little time to complete. From contacting us you should know same day when your product will be installed.
We try to book your install for a time that suits you, whether that's 1 or 7 days time. Typically we can book your installation in within three days. However this depends of your and the engineers availability.
How long does the installation take?
The engineer will install the product as quickly as possible, this usually depends on what product you have and your vehicle.
Some vehicles are structured in a more complex manor, thus taking longer to UN-install certain components and re-installing them when the product is fitted.
However the average installation time is around 30minutes to 1 hour
Is my vehicle in safe hands?
Absolutely, our engineers usually have a minimum of 3 years experience, most have more than 10 years and some up to 20 years experience of installing these products into vehicles. This is backed up with minimum insurance cover of £2m. Meaning that if the worst does happen you are fully covered.
Are you able to UN-install my products?
Yes, we do UN-install products from your vehicle. This can be particularly useful if you are selling your car and would like the product installing into a different one. However you should check the compatibility with us before you request this.
Is the engineer Insured?
Yes, insured up to £2 million
Do your engineers Have Experience?
Yes, our engineers are all very experienced. In fact have a combined experience of well over 300 years.
Can you install products & items that aren't listed on your website?
Yes, if you have an item that's unique or rare we are able to install it. Simply call us and ask for a quote. You'd be surprised what we can install into vehicles.
Will you Install my product, even if I haven't purchased from In Car Network?
Yes, it makes no difference to us where you got it from.
What Happens if something goes wrong?
If something does go wrong with the installation work through engineer neglect you're covered. However if the product develops a fault at a later date we are unable to cover the UN-installation (Unless you purchased it from In Car Network) for the original quotation. We can arrange De-Installation at an additional cost. However providing the product is under warranty you can send it back to them for repair or replacement.
